1. Return & Exchange Eligibility

We offer exchanges or store credit under the following conditions:

Requests must be initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Products must be unused, unwashed, unworn, unaltered, and free of odors, makeup, or perfume marks.

Items must be in their original packaging with all brand tags intact.

Non-Returnable Items: Customized or altered abayas, final clearance items, and hijabs/under-caps due to hygiene standards.

2. Defective or Incorrect Items

In the rare event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@baytulnoor.com.

Provide your Order ID along with photos or an unboxing video clearly showing the defect.

Upon validation, we will arrange a complimentary replacement or full refund.

3. Exchange Process

Initiate Request: Email support@baytulnoor.com with your order number and reason for exchange (e.g., size change).

Reverse Pickup: Our courier partner will pick up the package (where available), or you may be requested to self-ship the item to our warehouse address.

Quality Check: Once received, our team will inspect the product.

Dispatch: If approved, your replacement size/style or store credit code will be issued within 3–5 business days.

4. Refunds

Store Credit: Standard returns are issued via Store Credit (valid for 6–12 months) once the returned item passes quality check.

Monetary Refunds: Direct monetary refunds are issued only in cases where the ordered product is defective, damaged upon arrival, or out of stock. Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
